Kitayama: Because before, when I saw Fujigaya and Miyata wearing bowties and glasses with fake noses like old standup comedians, I thought they made a good combination. But this combination, they’re both boke’s. That’s the only problem…

(The staff comment that “Fujigaya said that he was the best at dancing didn’t you?”)

All: Huh!? (<-- cracks up)

K: Awesome, that’s seriously funny (laughs).

F: No no! What I said was, “The three crowns of rapping, singing, and dancing… are what I wish I had.” I was just listing my hopes!!

K: We get it we get it (laughs).

K: I can seriously go to sleep anywhere. Plus I can go to sleep in an instant. Of course sometimes it’s only a shallow sleep, but when it’s like that I always experience kanashibari. When we were dong “Takizawa Enbujou,” when I’d try to sleep in our dressing room a bit, that always happened. …Well, not that it’s something to be proud of (laughs).

F: You’ve got more things you can be proud of in the first place~. For example, like, how you can go to sleep where ever you want.

K: Um you know, I just talked about that!

F: Ah really (laughs).

K: We end up doing it. Well, the ones who start it are always Fujigaya and Nikaido.

F: When the seven of us get together, I just want to start playing. Like playing catch with the bag of sand holding the heavy studio door open (laughs).

K: Oi oi, as people who stand on stage, we shouldn’t be playing dangerously like that!

F: Kitayama doesn’t join in when we play like that. The only time Kitayama gets hyper is when we’re teasing Miyata (laughs).

Fujigaya about/to Kitayama: Are you sleeping properly at home? I mean you’re always sleeping in a corner when we’re at studios (laughs). The cameras are flashing and Sen-chan’s always making a commotion talking about things, I think that’s amazing, but it’s kind of worrying too. They say that “kids who sleep grow big,” but since it seems like you haven’t grown that much… (small laugh). And so, are you sleeping alright?

Kitayama about/to Fujigaya: When I realized it, he was near me. It’s not like we stepped towards each other, it’s just that when we realized it, we were next to each other already. It’s already been several years already~. But really, that guy really does talk a lot. It doesn’t matter with whom, he’s always with someone. I wonder if he doesn’t get tired from talking so much… I wonder if he actually goes and looks for things he can talk about.

Fujigaya: But once you start talking, Kitayama, it sort of makes the rest of us want to leave it up to you.

Kitayama: Don't you spread the fact that I'm the main speaker though?

 

Fujigaya: For stuff you're bad at, there's the fact that you fall asleep right away and that you're surprisingly scatterbrained.

Kitayama: You're scatterbrained, too, Fujigaya. But just a while ago I accidentally got on the wrong train! I was so immersed in my manga that I didn't notice for a while.

Fujigaya: So this is the oldest member of Kisumai...

 

Kitayama: I think Fujigaya's weak point is that he gets lonely so easily. Lots of people say you talk a lot, but isn't it just because if you're not always talking with someone you get lonely?

Fujigaya: Aah, that's.... yea~h... (bitter laugh)

Kitayama: Oh, I'm doing pretty good today~.

 

Fujigaya: Kitayama's desire to improve is his biggest weapon.

Kitayama: Fujigaya's weapon is his voice. I like it. Ballads definitely suit your voice! My voice is sort of husky, right? When we first started singing together I was worried whether it was okay for me to sing with you or not.
